Terms and Conditions

By registering, the learner agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. Course Duration
   1.1 Learners must complete the full coursework within one (1) month from the date of registration.
   1.2 Failure to complete the coursework within this period will result in automatic expiration of access.
   1.3 Expired registrations will require fresh registration and payment of applicable fees.
2. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy
   2.1 All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
   2.2 Fees cannot be transferred to another learner, course, or future intake.
   2.3 Upon expiry of the one-month access period, no claims, extensions, or fee adjustments shall be entertained.
   2.4 Learners are responsible for ensuring full payment before accessing course materials or services.
3. Assessments and Tests
   3.1 Learners must attend and sit for the Assessment Test and the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) Test on the scheduled dates provided.
   3.2 Failure to attend or sit the scheduled tests, regardless of reason, will be treated as a missed test.
   3.3 A resit will attract a mandatory fee of KES 8,000.
   3.4 Resit fees must be cleared before a new test date is allocated.
4. Learner Responsibilities
   4.1 Learners must:
   Maintain accurate registration details
   Ensure stable internet connectivity
   Attend scheduled sessions and tests
   4.2 Lack of connectivity, device failure, or personal scheduling conflicts shall not constitute grounds for refund or waiver of fees.
5. Access and Expiry
   5.1 Platform access is valid only within the paid registration period.
   5.2 Access rights expire automatically after one month unless otherwise stated in writing.
   5.3 Reinstatement after expiry requires new registration and payment.
6. Technical Disruptions
   6.1 While reasonable efforts are made to ensure uninterrupted service, the business shall not be liable for:
   Internet outages
   System downtime
   Device malfunctions
   6.2 Temporary disruptions do not qualify for refunds or extensions.
7. Conduct and Use of Platform
   7.1 Learners must use the platform respectfully and lawfully.
   7.2 The following are prohibited:
   Sharing login credentials
   Recording or distributing course materials without permission
   Disruptive or abusive behavior
   7.3 Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
8. Force Majeure
   8.1 The business shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
   Natural disasters
   Government restrictions
   Power failures
   Network disruptions
9. Amendments
   9.1 These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.
   9.2 Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
10. Acceptance of Terms
    10.1 Registration and payment confirm that the learner has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
